Needs user Confirmation

In every activity there is a possibility to make sure the user is clicking Next to continue with the process, and not by mistake.

It is important to mention that as soon as Next is clicked, there is no going back to the previous activity, the process will continue its course.

1. Open the Forms Designer for the desired activity

2. Click outside of the rectangle that makes the form, like shown in the next image. This will show the Properties of the Form in the Properties box.

Check the Needs User Confirmation to allow this property.

3. When this option is checked, the user will receive a message in the web application as soon as Next has been clicked, as shown in the image below. If OK is clicked, the case will continue its course. If Cancel is clicked, the process will remain in the current activity.
