e-Mail Example

In the Loan Request process, in the case of the bank’s old Clients making Loan Requests, after searching the Client in the external databases, a notification must be sent to the Commercial Advisor in charge of the Client, if the Client has been reported in the Risk Bureau.

1. Select the activity where the message will be sent, and create it. To do so, click on the PLUS sign on the Actions tab and then select e-Mail.

The following is the notification that would be sent:

The context entity is the application entity, in this case "Credit".  The attributes displayed in the message will be obtained navigating from this entity.

This notification, or message, has to be sent only if the client is an Existing Client, that is, he or she has had prior requests.

To set conditions:

1. Click on the Multiple Messages check.

2. Click on the Conditions button

3. Double click on the link to edit conditions

4. Include the condition, and then click on SAVE
