Types of License
Bizagi Xpress CAL (Client Access License) Perpetual
This is a permanent license; it gives the right to use Bizagi forever. The price includes first year of maintenance (software upgrades and technical support). At the end of the year, maintenance can be renewed to keep the software up to date with the latest version. Upon purchase, an email is received with login information for the customer portal and a key for each purchased license that unlocks the download.
A month before the Maintenance period is finished, an email for renewal will be received. There is a period of 30 days before the maintenance end date to renew it. Upon purchase, another email, with a notification and instructions on how to enter the customer portal, will be received.
Bizagi Xpress CAL Subscription
This license gives the right to use Bizagi for one year, including software upgrades and technical support. At the end of the 12 month period, it is necessary to renew the subscription for a further 12 months to keep using and running Bizagi. Upon purchase, an email is received with login information for the customer portal and a key for each purchased license that unlocks the download.
Subscription renewal provides with an additional 12 months of Bizagi, including updates and support. A month before the Subscription period is finish an email will be received for renewal. There is a 30 days period to renew the subscription before its end date. In case it is not renewed, all the rights to use and run Bizagi will be lost and the customer info will be deleted. Upon purchase, an email will be received with a renewal key and instructions on how to use the key in the customer portal to renew the existing license keys. After purchasing the renewal, there is 1 month to apply the renewal code to the existing licenses.
Bizagi Reseller Fee
It is meant for authorized resellers. After the aspirant has submitted the application, the acceptance will be sent by email. This also is a permanent license; it gives the right to use Bizagi forever but only for demonstration and evaluation purposes not for resale, and while he/she is part of the Bizagi Authorized Reseller Program.
Bizagi Xpress Academic License
This license is for non-profit institutions like, schools, colleges, universities or institutions of higher education. The software can be used for non-commercial, educational purposes only, including conducting academic research or providing educational services. Bizagi can be installed free of charge for a maximum of 10 users in each installation. Users must be students, faculty or staff members authorized to use the Software while performing duties within the scope of their employment or assignment.
In order to apply for a free academic license, a form has to be submitted and approved. An email with the acceptance will be sent. <comments />
