What Happened to Bizagi Data Warehouse?
Our business indicators evolved into a set of reports that show in a more intuitive and productive way the current status and the historical trend of the processes modeled in Bizagi.
Based on experience with our customers, we move from an OLAP query model based on a Data Warehouse (Bizagi Data Warehouse) to a model of direct queries to the data source.
With this changes the following advantages are obtained:
Validity and accuracy of all the information shown.
Eliminates the installation of additional software components.
Automatic data and business dimensions availability without the need of a previous load.
Reports based on stopwatches defined by web users.
Business dimensions defined by web users
Data analysis based on the process diagrams.
The major changes are:
Now, reports are organized into groups:
- Depending on the type of instance : Processes, Tasks, or Sensors.
- Depending on the type of analysis: Historical or Real Time information.
Useful reports for analysis were included :
- Reports about current status of instances: Task Status, Case Status, Process Load Analysis, Task Load Analysis.
- Activities/Cases next to expire.
- Case duration histogram .
- Frequent case paths.
- Summary of stopwatches.
- Service levels for stopwatches.
Time range filters are more flexible
Includes important features like the detail view of the graphs by clicking on them.
The most commonly used reports and features from the Data Warehouse were included with an improved presentation.
- Cycle Times: duration of closed cases and case closed state.
- Process activity, activity trends and ranking of activations.
- Phase cycle times: moving towards stopwatch study (Sensor Analytics)
- Data export to Excel.
