Access Type

The Access Type option, found in the Processes Properties window, allows the user to define how can a new case be created in the process. There are 3 tyoes:

  1. Process: indicates that the process is a Parent Process and that the user will be able to create a new case from the web application.
  2. Module:  indicates that this process will only be able to be instantiated by the parent process and will not create a new case number. A Module is a set of activities that define a certain functionality and that shares the same information or data as the parent process.
  3. Only Subprocess: also indicates that this process will only be able to be instantiated by the parent process, but the differences are that it will create a new case number and it may or may not share the parent process' data.




According to the type selected for the process, in Bizagi Studio, each one will be located as follows:
