Profiles

From this option, the administrator can add or delete users from the following items:

Image:Bulletazul.gif Skill

Image:Bulletazul.gif User group

Image:Bulletazul.gif Organization


1. To manage users, click on the Admin option in the web application's Main Menu. Then, select the Profiles option.


2. Select from the Profile Type combo an option from the ones mentioned before. If desired, write in the Profile Name the complete name or a part of what wants to be administered. If Profile Name is left blank, the search will return all the records that match the Profile Type.

A list displays the results that match the search. Click on the Manage link to administer the users.

3. A new window will display all the users who meet the conditions. To manage the users, click on Delete or New User, according to what is required.
