An error message as shown below in red may appear when the application is expected to send an email. This document explains how to solve this problem.
The cause is related to the configuration of the SMTP server. To verify the correct configuration, check in two places, Bizagi Studio and the SMTP configuration in the SMTP server.
To check the configuration in Bizagi Studio follow these steps:
1. Go to: Bizagi Studio > Configuration (tab) > Environment > Popular (left menu)
Make sure that the configuration is as follows:
Verify that the Enable Email box is checked.
Check that the SMTP Server field contains a valid server name or IP address.
Verify that the SMTP Server Account is correct and that the account is active.

2. Test again to verify if the error has been corrected. If not check the Configuration of the SMTP server. <comments />
