How to disable a process in Bizagi

Sometimes, it is required to stop using a process in Bizagi at a given time.
Whether for authoring and construction purposes (the Development environment), or for a final purpose regarding its visibility and use in the Production environment, you may choose to disable a process in Bizagi.

Note: It is not allowed to delete a process in Bizagi, mainly because a process could have already some information related to it which we want to keep, and because a process uses global objects that other processes use as well.

To disable a process in Bizagi, we mark the status of the process as Inactive.

To do this, go to the Modules View in Bizagi Studio and locate the process in the Processes module.
Right-click on the process' current version and select its properties:

Unmark the Status checkbox so that it is set to Inactive:

Take into account that if you wish to apply this change into the Production environment, a Deployment in Bizagi will be necessary.
